Pikachu VS Brock's Onix - 1st Encounter

Commissioned fanart of Pokemon Yellow – Pikachu VS Brock’s Onix. I was required to illustrate something which brings back the nostalgic memories of the Good ol’ days, and yes, with our dear Pikachu.

This commission really interested me as I myself, is a big fan of Pokemon, so I decided to relate back to my 1st battle with Brock in Pokemon Yellow around 12 years ago. Pikachu virtually had NO ABILITIES that can significantly damage the gigantic rock-snake pokemon, and that is the HARDEST few minutes ever in my Pokemon memories. It was a disaster! Well, at least we tried, Pika.

I used some pixels trailing at the end of Pikachu’s and Onix’s body, which reminds us of the pixel days. And of course, the signature HP bar as well.
